Returns and Refunds
1. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans and matcha, we do not accept returns on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-perishable items (e.g., coffee accessories) can be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in their original packaging.
3. Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items and may take 5-7 business days to process.
4. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.
